Review the transaction summary and confirm. For cards, you will be redirected to 3D Secure. For crypto, a unique wallet address is generated for your transfer.
Cryptocurrency Deposit Tip
When depositing cryptocurrency, always double-check the wallet address and network before sending. Sending tokens on the wrong network (e.g., sending ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address) can result in permanent loss of funds. QuantaraEX supports USDT on both ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks — make sure you select the correct one.
How to Withdraw

Return-to-Source Policy: For regulatory compliance, withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method up to the deposited amount. For example, if you deposited $3,000 by card and your balance is now $4,500, the first $3,000 of any withdrawal returns to your card, and the remaining $1,500 (profits) can be sent to any verified method of your choice.

How long does it take for my deposit to appear?
Credit and debit card deposits are processed instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits appear after the required number of network confirmations (typically 10-60 minutes). Bank wire transfers take 1-3 business days depending on your bank and location.
Are there any fees for depositing?
QuantaraEX does not charge deposit fees for any method. For cryptocurrency deposits, the blockchain network fee is paid on your end before the transaction reaches us. Some banks may charge an intermediary fee on wire transfers — this is outside our control.
What is the return-to-source policy?
For security and regulatory compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same method used for depositing. If you deposited $1,000 by credit card and $5,000 by wire, the first $1,000 of any withdrawal goes back to your card, and the remainder via wire. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn by wire or crypto.
Can I deposit in a currency different from my account base currency?
Yes. If you deposit in a currency other than your account base currency, QuantaraEX will convert the funds at the prevailing interbank rate at the time of processing. There is no conversion fee — you receive the mid-market rate.
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
Common reasons include: the withdrawal amount exceeds your available (non-margin) balance, your account identity verification (KYC) is incomplete, the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method, or 2FA verification failed. Contact support for specific assistance.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Yes. If the withdrawal has not yet been processed (status: 'Pending'), you can cancel it from your account dashboard. Once the status changes to 'Processing' or 'Completed', the transaction cannot be reversed from our side.
