Application Review
Submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you are interested in QuantaraEX. We review every application within 5 business days and will let you know either way.
Initial Conversation
A 30-minute video call with a team member to discuss your background, your interests, and what you are looking for. This is as much for you to evaluate us as it is for us to evaluate you.
Technical / Role-Specific Assessment
Depending on the role, this may be a take-home task, a live coding session, a case study, or a portfolio review. We respect your time — assessments are designed to be completed in 2-4 hours maximum.
Team Interview
A conversation with your potential team lead and one or two team members. We discuss the assessment, explore how you think, and assess culture fit. We also answer any remaining questions you have about the role.
Offer
If there is a mutual fit, we extend an offer within 48 hours of the final interview. We are transparent about compensation, benefits, and expectations from day one.
