What documents do I need for verification?
You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) and a proof of address document dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence). All documents must be clearly legible and show your full name.
How long do withdrawals take?
QuantaraEX processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. The time for funds to reach your account depends on the method: bank transfers take 1-3 business days, card refunds 3-5 business days, and cryptocurrency transfers 10-30 minutes after processing.
